"The loft is in an excellent location to several metro stops and many eateries; it truly has everything you could need for a pleasant stay. The space in the 2 story loft and the amenities like Dyson hair dryers, air conditioning, remote black out shades, mobile wifi, a safe and European adapter plugs will not be found in many other locations in Paris - the price point is high, but you are getting value in comfort, location, and amenities. The beds are firm and very comfortable. Just a note on the air conditioning: There is a unit in the bedroom on the main level and a unit in the living room on the main level; there are no air conditioning units in the basement. Even though it was a hot 84° in Paris, we were very comfortable in the basement with no air conditioning unit."

"You will be met in person upon your arrival to go over everything about the apartment. Between a delayed train and horrible traffic in Paris (we Ubered), we were late getting to our arrival time. We emailed the owner updates on our situation, but the host blamed us for making her wait. Ok, the host was gracious, went over details on the apartment, and gave us great suggestions on Patisseries and restaurants. Then we ran into an issue with the shower: first, the showers were amazing. They had a separate hand-held and an overhead rain spout with great pressure. However, if you have both turned on at the same time, the drain can not keep up with the amount of water, and the downstairs shower overflowed into the hall. We called the host to let her know and she showed up immediately. When we came back to the Loft later that night, all of our clothes were hanging on a drying rack. We didn't know there was a drying rack and thought it was odd she touched our clothes. The host also blamed us for not closing the door properly, but I can assure you, we triple checked that the door was secured. This host acts like a mother more than a host; not something I appreciated. The loft's main living areas were very clean, but the area where you store luggage and clothes were not. I will attach a picture. All-in-all, the stay was great, and I do recommend it."
